The workplace reimagined

Two great campuses. Google can barely find one.

The goal: more members at The Timbers and The Grove, from people already searching for an office, a desk or a room in the Fox Valley.

The short version

What's holding N2 back

  • Google barely sees the site. It ranks for three searches, and none of them are about offices.
  • The Grove is close to invisible online, and its page borrows the Timbers gym and deck.
  • The things that sell N2 (prices, the river, the rooms) are buried below icons and a carousel.

What we'd do

  • Fix Google first: two campus profiles, clean listings, real location and room pages.
  • Rebuild the homepage around the two campuses, real photos and real prices.
  • Run a weekly content, review and social engine from what N2 already has.

What it costs

  • We'll walk through scope and options together on a call.
  • Ad spend, if you choose to run it, is paid straight to Google or Meta.
  • You own the site, profiles and every account.

The Timbers deck over the Fox RiverThe deck at The Timbers

To the N2 Workspaces team,

You built something most suburbs don't have. A campus on the Fox River with a real gym, showers and a deck over the water. Five meeting rooms named after mountains. And now a renovated building on Main Street with two more. The people who find you love it. Every review we could see is five stars, and "hidden gem" is the phrase that keeps coming up.

That's the problem. A gem is something people have to stumble into. Ahrefs estimates the site gets about one visit a month from Google search. We found one Google profile, for The Timbers, and none for The Grove. The Grove page shows the Timbers gym and deck, and the $500 starting price never appears on the homepage.

We also saw that the site is credited to N2 Solutions, which looks like part of the same family on River Drive. This isn't a knock on that work. The build is solid and the tracking underneath it is better than most we audit. What's missing is the growth layer on top: search, listings, reviews, content and social, run every week. We'd work alongside your team on that, not around it.

None of this is a space problem. It's plumbing, and every piece of it is fixable.

The audit

What we found on the site, on Google and across the directories, checked October 14, 2026.

Three of eight basics are broken, four half-work, and one is better than most operators we audit.

3Broken
4Partial
1Working

Getting found on Google

Broken
  • About 1 estimated visit a month from organic search.
  • Ranks for 3 searches: "n2 fitness", "coffee shop st charles" and "office space st charles". None in the top 3.
  • Not in the top 100 for any coworking, meeting room or virtual office search we checked.

Google Business Profiles

Partial
  • One profile found, for 200 W River Dr, at 5.0 stars from about a dozen reviews or fewer.
  • We couldn't find a profile for The Grove at 303 E Main St.
  • Listings disagree: the Geneva Chamber lists 214 W River Dr and "Open 24/7", MapQuest shows Mon to Fri 9 to 5.

Location pages

Broken
  • Each campus page has a second H1 that describes the other campus ("Our Downtown Campus" on The Timbers).
  • The Grove page uses the Timbers gym, deck and Board Room photos.
  • The Grove page promises "many professional conference rooms". It has two.
  • Neither page says how many offices exist or which are open.

The homepage

Partial
  • "Schedule Tour" sits in the header and hero on every page. Good.
  • No prices anywhere on the page, though the Google snippet leads with "$500/mo".
  • Clip-art icons stand in for the gym, the deck and the offices.
  • Both campus photos are tinted purple until you can't see the buildings.

Tours and booking

Partial
  • Tours book straight into Calendly, with a calendar per campus. Good.
  • Rooms and day passes run through a Salesforce app on /booking/ with no fallback. In our test it stayed on "Loading your booking experience...".
  • The member portal's page title is still the template default, "Welcome to LWC Communities!".

Tracking

Working
  • Google Tag Manager with GA4 events for tour booked, day pass booked and contact form sent.
  • Meta Pixel firing Lead and Purchase, a Google Ads tag and Microsoft Clarity.
  • This is the part we protect. We build on it rather than replace it.

Reviews and proof

Partial
  • Six five-star quotes on the homepage, shown one at a time in a carousel.
  • No review markup, so Google can't show the stars in search.
  • 25N Coworking in Geneva shows about 68 reviews at 4.9 on CoworkingCafe. N2 shows about a dozen.

Directories and listings

Broken
  • Timbers office from $500 on LiquidSpace, but from $900 on CoworkingCafe and Office Hub.
  • Day pass $75 on LiquidSpace, "from $30" on CoworkingCafe.
  • A shopper comparing spaces sees three different N2s.

1
The logo, twice, then a line any coworking brand could use. "Flexible workspaces for dynamic professionals" never says St. Charles, the river, two campuses or a price. On a phone the hero fills the whole first screen.
2
Four clip-art icons where the gym and deck should be. "Comfort-First Offices" and "Fitness Center" are icons. The site has dozens of strong photos of the real thing.
3
No prices. Google's snippet promises "Private offices from $500/mo", but the page a searcher lands on never shows a number.
4
Six five-star reviews, shown one at a time. A carousel hides five of them, and nothing ties them to Google or marks them up for search.
5
"Book Your Meeting" goes to a page with no fallback. If the Salesforce app is slow to load, a visitor sees a spinner and no phone number or other way to book.
6
The two campuses, washed out. Both buildings sit under a purple overlay, and The Grove card has no address or starting price.

The opportunity

People search for this every day. Right now they find someone else.

25N Coworking ranks #2 for "coworking space geneva". N2 doesn't rank for a single coworking search, from a campus minutes away.

Estimated monthly visits from Google search

Ahrefs, US, October 13, 2026. Third-party estimates. 25N's figure covers its whole network (Geneva, Schaumburg and Texas). Other nearby spaces we checked showed no measurable search traffic.

The searches are local. Most office and meeting room searches end in Google's map results, and those are won with complete, consistent profiles and reviews, not a big budget.
The competition is thin. Most Fox Valley spaces we checked have little or no search footprint. The first operator to do the basics well takes the map.
N2 has the better product.A river, a gym, seven named rooms and month-to-month terms. The pages just need to say so.

04

The plan

One goal, more members across both campuses, broken into three jobs and the foundation under them.

Aerial view of the Fox River in St. Charles
Job 1

Get found by people already looking

  • Claim and complete a Google profile for each campus, with the right categories, hours and photos.
  • Fix the address and hours on the chambers, MapQuest and every coworking directory.
  • Location pages, a page per meeting room and a virtual office page that can rank.
  • A steady review ask after every tour, move-in and room booking.
Corner private office with window light
Job 2

Turn visits into tours

  • The new homepage and campus pages, with prices and real photos up front.
  • Make the right tour calendar the default on each campus page.
  • A booking page that always shows a way to book, even if the app loads slowly.
  • FREEWEEK and FREEHOUR used as real entry offers, tracked by campus.
Members at an N2 networking night
Job 3

Keep members and get referrals

  • Promote the $100 and $500 referral program to members every month.
  • Turn networking nights and concerts into content and guest lists.
  • Member spotlights on LinkedIn and Instagram, with permission.
  • A member newsletter on what's new at each campus.
The foundation

WordPress site you own, clean listings everywhere, your existing GA4, Meta and Google Ads tracking kept and extended to report tours and members by campus.
